A Murder Case that hits close to Home

I’m a little bit behind on my podcasts, so catching up on some true crime podcasts that I subscribe to, I came across a case that happened right in the city of where I went to university myself.

What I like about Cold Case Files is that there is a conclusion to the cases, even if it does take years to deduce and get to the bottom of. This past weeks case however took place somewhere I lived for four years!

You never really think about cases that take place nearby to you especially when you had nothing considerably close to this happen to you personally. This did happen decades before I was a student in Ann Arbor, but you never stop wondering about what’s happened where you are and how you can prevent it from happening to you.

This Sunday Slasher as they called him sounds quite terrifying as he successfully went through different cities and states over a period of years and this case lasted at least 24 years. That sounds like a ridiculously long time to be dealing with a case and trying to prove them being guilty!

If you don’t already, take a listen to Cold Case Files for other true crimes that have been solved (so they won’t leave you hanging and begging for justice). They also have a tv show as well, but I find I have more time to listen either driving, at work or as background noise at home.

What are you listening to or watching to get you in the know about your fair city or to get you in the mood for All Hallows’ Eve?
