We meet again.
Another week has come and gone quite quickly, but there’s always time for a little escape here and there. That brings us to today: Murder Monday.
I have been listening to a bunch of audio books of late to try to get my reading challenge completed and then some for the year, so I’m playing a little bit of catch-up with all of my podcasts.
If you like theatrics and are a bit old-fashioned with your mystery cravings, then I have just the thing for you!
Enter Unsolved Murders: True Crime Stories.
Here we have a podcast with an array of actors portraying what we know about historical murder cases, but the downside is is that we don’t get the satisfaction of an ending…cliffhangers every time! If that intrigues you, and perhaps you’d like the idea of imagining your own form of justice or ending, then you might want to give this podcast a try.
It’s like ye olden days of listening to shows on the radio before television. The actors have accents depending and you do get some film noir type music happening. It tends to slightly lighten the mood as they are all based on true stories and murder.
So, if you’re feeling adventurous with your listening this week, why not try Unsolved Murders? Let me know what you think! And let me know if you find the next best thing for me to give a try!
